Attorney David Álvarez

Senior international attorney with over 12 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, international business strategy, and public policy. Holds dual master’s degrees from Colombia and Italy, enabling him to combine deep legal expertise with a truly global perspective. Proven track record in successfully navigating complex legal environments, advising on cross-border transactions, and designing strategic solutions for multinational organizations.



EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

David Álvarez is a licensed attorney from Universidad Católica de Colombia and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Law from Università degli Studi di Salerno (Italy).

He has served as an adjunct professor for more than 6 years, teaching Trademark Law at Universidad Politécnico Grancolombiano and Technology & Information Law at Universidad Santo Tomás in Bogotá.

As a consultant and project structurer, he has advised both local and foreign companies through entities such as ProColombia and various national investment promotion agencies.

Currently, through the firm’s U.S. office, he leads the international expansion processes of Latin American companies and institutions into the North American market.

Attorney Felipe Rodríguez

Attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, international commercial law, competition law, consumer protection, litigation, and legal advisory services for companies in the real estate, services, and e-commerce sectors. He has successfully represented the legal and economic interests of commercial entities and has participated in conflict prevention and resolution projects in commercial matters. His professional career includes roles as External Legal Counsel, independent consulting attorney, academic researcher, and associate attorney in private law firms, and in-house counsel.

He regularly advises companies on market entry strategies, corporate governance, consumer protection, contractual liability, industrial property, and immigration matters. His practice also encompasses judicial defense for insurance companies and legal support before national and regional authorities. Within teams, he fosters dynamics of cooperation, service excellence, and a strong focus on shared objectives.

Attorney with over twelve years of professional legal practice and six years of university teaching experience. He has advised national and international companies on commercial law, labor law, intellectual property, new technologies, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as litigation and comprehensive legal services. He has also served as a speaker and university professor in subjects such as international treaties, sustainability and business, intellectual property, creative industries, and artificial intelligence.

Attorney Sebastián Carrillo

Attorney with more than 15 years of extensive experience in labor and employment law. He has served as labor advisor and auditor at leading firms such as Deloitte and Godoy Córdoba. He was Labor Relations Coordinator at Schrader Camargo, a top-tier construction company, where he managed all labor matters across Latin America. Later, he held the position of Human Talent & Labor Relations Manager at Alpina Productos Alimenticios, leading strategic areas, collective bargaining processes, and union relations.

He has been a university professor in labor law and occupational health & safety at Universidad El Bosque, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and Universidad de los Andes. Currently, he provides consulting services to companies in sectors including e-commerce, telecommunications, construction, education, financial services, transportation, healthcare, hydrocarbons, manufacturing, and apparel, among others.
